The Quality Management System
QMS implemented by the company is in conformity with the standards ISO 9001
version 2000.
This system is permanently in
development for the integration of all new requirements such as the ISPS Code
and the standard ISO 14000 which is traced as an objective.
The external audits carried
out by "Bureau Véritas" are a pledge of the Company’s conformity, which proceeded to be permanently in cohesion with all new standards
or requirements, and by setting in motion the process
of standardization to the norm ISO 14001.
In the same
context, HYPROC SC set up in July 2004 a strengthening
security device in conformity with ISPS code. This process has been implemented
since 2003 according to a training plan carried out by the organization guide
NMI (North East Maritime Institute - USA).
The company was self-endowed
with a permanent assessment system within the management procedures, the
technical follow-up and the safety on board. This process allows that the fleet
answers with satisfaction to the vetting inspections, so as to fulfil the forms
of the renowned oil companies’ terminals.
